What makes it different is that I’m launching a new book and new programs. I’m coaching the staff of a medical office, starting Wednesday. Now I have a book that I could use to model the coaching — It’s Best to Love and Win. It says what I have to say about relationships. But I realized that Love and Sex, while crucial, have no place in a professional workplace. So I completely rewrote the book, now called The Relationship Principles, tailored to non-intimate relationships. Obviously leaving out a lot of juicy observations and anecdotes – but quite appropriate and, I believe,, quite marketable.
I’ve also started the buzz leading to my teleseminar at the end of the month. And I’m changing the design and structure of my weekly ezines. Helluva Monday. Fortunatle and intentionally true to my commitments to a sustainable environment, social justice and spiritual fulfillment for all of us…all of us!

Baseball is gearing up. I didn’t know that there was a Civil Rights Game (this was the 2nd annual)… And I found out that Memphis has a Civil Rights Museum…never thought I would learn about America from a spring baseball game. And if this educates you as well…great.
Last night was “turn off the lights” for an hour to acknowledge Earth Hour. Of course, they didn’t recognize this in the baseball game — Unfortunate, because a living planet is essential for civil rights. I confess, I kept the television on, sort of intentionally not knowing I should have kept it off…found it on the front page of CNN’s website, but – strangely, not the NY Times – the Times has it – but not featured.
Did anyone in Washington pay attention? Many cities in the world paid attention. No one on my block did. My commitment is for a sustainable environment, social justice ans spiritual fulfillment for the planet. So I care and intend that we paid attention.

What makes the Internet so great is that there is constantly more to learn. I can never sit back on my haunches. I’ll never be able to stop — I’ll never have to stop. The fun is forever.
I’ve been on the net now for around 8 years. I’ve been sending out my newsletters for about 5. And I’m just now learning about emails – from Ali Brown (the Ezine Queen)– I suspect the same can be said about every fine grain of using the Internet.
I’m redesigning my USP - I love the one Ive used: Bringing Joy and Satisfaction to People’s Lives

My weekly website essays are changing, which means my blogs are changing. This one will continue to remain personal. The others will have a broader range.
Over the years I’ve seen that there’s no physical difference between nervous and excited.. I keep thinking I’m very anxious about my launch, but I realize I’m very excited. I’m learning about launches. And I see each teleseminar as a potential new launch… Very exciting.
A new development in coaching and a new thrust in forwarding my commitments. Stay tuned.

Coaching 2 Point Oh Oh
You know, I’ve been writing about Coaching 2.0 for a while now. As I’ve told you, the feedback from my clients has been unvaryingly great. The problem is that talking about it isn’t it.
So I’ve been wondering how I can give you a taste of it, give you some way of discovering it so you can make use of it in your life, make use of it in your business or, if you’re a coach, make use of it in your practice.
Then I thought – Maybe I can do a teleseminar and really show people how exciting it can be. Except that would have you hear me talking about it instead of reading about it. Big deal. But then I got this idea.
I’ve been on teleseminars where they sometimes let one person from the audience interact with the leader. Or one person acts as moderator and others interact with the leader. That’s better, but it’s still not what Coaching 2.0 is, because the flavor is still missing, the dynamism is not there.
Well, I’ve given myself a small research project and I’ll tell you about it on April 3rd, hoping I’m not a fool, because here’s what I’m going to do.
I’m going to schedule a teleseminar in a few weeks. And I am committing to be able to demonstrate Coaching 2.0 in a way that you will absolutely get it. Call it a bold experiment.

Wednesday’s the day that Nancy works at home. I’m still adjusting. I think my buggest ine is that I need to wear headphones to listen to music – it distracts her. But her presence keeps me on track.
I am very excited, getting ready to launch my teleseminar on Coaching 2.0. This method of coaching makes results more accessible and immediate. I’ve said before that one of the main things is that insights are contagious. And the other, that I articulated yesterday is that Coaching 2.0 gives each participant an opportunity to contribute. And it’s much easier to contribute to someone who contributes. Normally, everyone wants to contribute, but nobody wants to be contributed to.
Stay tuned. I’ll be talking about this as we lead up to it.
I’m clear that giving this technique to you furthers my own mission, which is to inspire and empower people to live fulfilled lives in harmony with Earth.

The whole notion of blogging is fascinating – I talk to the world and here and there, people listen and even respond from time to time. I just say different things and I assess responses (which are the most important stuff)
I’m launching a new teleseminar program – possibly unlike anything that’s been done. I’m in the research phase, to determine the technical feasibility of what I want to do…. which is to demonstrate Coaching 2.0 — I’v written about it, but there’s a huge difference between finding out and experiencing.
So I’m filled with gratitude today – About everything in my life – family, friends, pieces of earth that are special because they listen, my health… just great to say thank you. But I’ll never forget to share my commitment. I have the notion that simply sharing it will spread it – My commitment is to have our world be spiritually fulfilling, socially just and environmentally sustainable for the species we are luck enough to share it with (though I often wonder about mosquitoes)

The impudent teenager wants to take that title and not write anything – and somewhere that tempts me. But I’m saying this more about Diamond — Mom and Grandma work and she’s home – having to play. Ironic.
Monday is always busy for me – I write my essays for next Monday, which includes creating new poetry. And, of course, there’s the “normal” Monday activities – the phone calls, the commitments,… And yesterday was a holiday for some of my family. Have I ever mentioned my family’s personal diversity? My son is married to a born-again Christian (with 3 sons, twin grandsons and a grnddaughter). My two oldest dayghters are both pagan – Wiccans, as is Deborah’s son. My next two daughters are each with African American men, one a husband, the other a commitment-phobe father- They account for 5 grandchildren – 4 boys and Diamond, who, appropriately is the leader. And my youngest daughter, divorced from her daughter’s African American father and pregnant with her white catholic raised son. Whew…
When I read that, I think – no wonder I’m committed to Social Justice – as well as Environmental Sustainability and Sporotual Fulfillment –takes all of that just for a family gathering.

This is more about my curing my asthma. It’s been a tough few days; I’ve been wheezing – somewhat differently – none on inhale – much on exhale… so - uncomfortable but more mental than physical. My body is most definitely going through changes. My weight loss is significant. My ability to breathe is significant. My ability to smell is still surprising – sometimes harsh, sometimes thrilling. And it’s been a tough week..
In terms of my commitment, it’s distracting, making my environment sustainable — and the attention shifting to me is a diversion from attention to social justice and spiritual fulfillment, though personally, I never neglect that.

Funny, I always thought today was the first day of spring. I looked at Google yesterday and I thought the floral display was for Maundy Thursday – never occurred to me that Spring was a day early this year. Why not? Everything’s early.
I do this journal early – It frames my day. That’s why it’s sometimes about health – how I feel in the morning often sets my day – And unless I feel great, I don’t want it to do that. I am committed to creating my day – duh?? the title….And today I feel funky, ycch.
Why do they call this Good Friday? Isn’t this the day they executed Jesus?
What gets me up is reminding myself who I am — Seems silly, but I think we’re so many people – past and present – that we really do get to choose. We are the person of the moment. And I’ve had many moments.
I am committed to Spiritual Fulfillment, Social Justice and Environmental Sustainability for All People All the Time.
